Diary of events for March 2010 Sunday Worship Services are at 10 am. Please stay and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a chat after the Sunday service.
Special Services Friday 5th March - World Day of Prayer at Portnahaven Church, 7:30 pm.
Sunday 7th March - Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, conducted by Rev Dr Rob Barlow. Sunday 28th March - Palm Sunday - Family Service. All ages welcome. Footsteps (Junior Church) for School Age Young People. Footsteps meet on Sunday mornings.
The young people gather every Sunday in the Bowmore Hall at
10:30am, before coming into church for the first part of their meeting,
and then continue in the Hall. For more details

Kirk Session - Thursday 4th March at 8 pm in the Service Point, Jamieson Street. This is an open meeting which all members of the congregation are welcome to attend.
Gortanvogie - Friday 5th March at 4 pm. All are welcome to join the residents for this short act of worship. Please note the change of day from Monday to Friday.

Stated Annual Meeting - Tuesday 23rd March at 6:30 pm in the church. It is hoped that ALL members of the congregation will attend.
Coffee Morning - Saturday 27th March The first Coffee Morning of 2010 will be held in Bowmore Buffet Hall from 10:20 am to 12:30 pm. HELP is required and donations of baking and/or contributions for the bring and buy stall will be gratefully received.
Dates for Easter Thursday 1st April - Maundy Thursday Service - venue and time to be confirmed. Friday 2nd April - Good Friday Witness at The Square, Bowmore at 12 noon. Meet at the church at 11:45 am. - Good Friday Service at St John's at 7 pm. Sunday 4th April - Easter Day Service at 10 am in the Round Church.
- Easter Egg Hunt for all Junior Church children at St John's at 2:30 pm. Donation of chocolate eggs welcome.
